Tips To Prevent Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is the most frightening disease for most women. But it was 42 percent of breast cancers could be prevented by lifestyle changes. Some evidence suggests that people who rarely do physical activity, excessive alcohol consumption and obesity can increase the risk of breast cancer. The latest figures show there are 47,600 women with breast cancer in 2008, with a quarter of people who have died in this cancer. But WCRF estimates that about 20,000 or 42 percent of these cases could be prevented by developing a healthy lifestyle.

Recommendations that can be done to prevent cancer, including maintaining the body stay fit, to limit consumption of fatty, salty foods and foods containing sugar, eating fruit, vegetables, beans, reduce the intake of red meat and processed as well as choose a balanced diet.
